Is there a free plan? +
Yes. Sign up for the free trial and get 10 AI analyses, full chart access, and the public signal feed — enough to evaluate the platform with zero commitment.
What instruments are supported? +
Spot gold (XAU/USD), silver (XAG/USD), all major and minor forex pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, AUD/USD, etc.), and the most-traded crypto perpetuals (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB, DOGE) on OKX. We also have a News-AI module covering 14+ US stocks (TSLA, AAPL, NVDA, etc.).
Do I need to install anything? +
No installation for normal usage — everything works in your browser. The only optional install is the open-source MT5 EA bridge if you want one-tap orders to flow into your MT5 account; that runs as a normal Expert Advisor on your VPS or PC.
Which broker do I need? +
Any broker that supports MetaTrader 5 — most major brokers do. Your funds, leverage and spreads stay with whoever you currently use; we never touch your account.
Security & trust
Where do my funds live? +
In your own MT5 account at your own broker. We never custody funds. Our EA only reads pending orders we queue and writes back execution status — nothing else.
Do you store my MT5 password? +
No. The EA polls our server using a one-time token tied to your account; the password never leaves your machine. You can revoke the token from the member panel any time.
Is the EA open-source? +
Yes. The full MQL5 source is shipped with your account. Audit it line by line before installing.
What about my login credentials? +
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never logged. JWT cookies are HttpOnly + SameSite=Lax + 7-day TTL.
Are AI signals guaranteed to be profitable? +
Absolutely not. AI is a tool to surface candidate setups faster than a human can; profit/loss depends on your risk management and market conditions. We publish a transparent live track record — review it before subscribing.
Pricing & billing
How am I billed? +
In USDT (TRC20 or ERC20). Pick a plan in the member area, send the exact USDT amount to the address shown — your balance is auto-credited within 1-2 minutes via on-chain watcher. Membership activates instantly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade? +
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and your remaining days carry over. When your period ends, simply purchase any tier — Basic, Premium or VIP.
Are there refunds? +
Crypto subscriptions cannot be refunded automatically, but if you contact support within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have not actively used the platform, we will issue an exception. After 7 days, no refunds.
Is there a discount for annual billing? +
Yes. Annual saves 20% vs monthly across Basic / Premium / VIP. Toggle on the pricing page to compare.
Do you accept fiat or local payments? +
Crypto only at the moment. Card / IDR / HKD support is on the roadmap. Need to pay another way? Talk to us.
Telegram & trading
How does the Telegram one-tap order work? +
Once you link your Telegram (Settings → Telegram), every signal you choose to follow lands in your chat with inline BUY / SELL / View Chart buttons. Tap one — the order goes to your MT5 in roughly 2 seconds via the EA bridge.
Will trigger rules wake me up at 3 AM? +
Only if you want them to. You can set quiet hours in Notifications, mute specific rules, or restrict alerts to specific symbols / sessions / confidence thresholds.
Can I block AI from auto-trading? +
AI never trades automatically by default. Every order requires your explicit tap, either in Telegram or on the chart page. Pure-AI auto-execution is in development as an opt-in for VIP.

How does the referral program work? +
Every account gets a unique referral code on registration. When someone subscribes through your link, you earn up to 10% rebate paid instantly to your USDT balance. Multi-level tracking included.
Can I increase my rebate rate? +
